The Orthostatic Tremor Support Network is a welcoming, peer-led online community for individuals living with OT, as well as their families and caregivers. We come together to share lived experiences, offer encouragement, and exchange practical strategies for daily living.

What Is Orthostatic Tremor?
Orthostatic Tremor is a rare neurological movement disorder characterized by a rapid tremor in the legs that occurs while standing still. Common experiences include:
Difficulty standing still
Shaking or unsteadiness in the legs
Symptom relief when sitting or walking
Delayed diagnosis due to the rarity of the condition
