You Are Not Alone

Living with Orthostatic Tremor (OT) can be isolating, and connecting with others who understand your experience can make a meaningful difference.

The Orthostatic Tremor Support Network is a welcoming, peer-led online community for individuals living with OT, as well as their families and caregivers. We come together to share lived experiences, offer encouragement, and exchange practical strategies for daily living.

Together, we are stronger.

Join our free twice-monthly Zoom support group.

What Is Orthostatic Tremor?

Orthostatic Tremor is a rare neurological movement disorder characterized by a rapid tremor in the legs that occurs while standing still. Common experiences include:

  • Difficulty standing still

  • Shaking or unsteadiness in the legs

  • Symptom relief when sitting or walking

  • Delayed diagnosis due to the rarity of the condition

If this sounds familiar, please know you are not alone.
