This Interactive workshop focuses on giving tools of cultivating joy in your life so you can get out of bed in the morning and face the day even though life might be difficult in the moment.  We will focus on laughter, gratefulness and positive psychology.

Laughter Therapy for MS

The health and wellness benefits of laughter include stress reduction, pain relief, reduced depression and anxiety (common issues many living with MS face every day). Laughter yoga combines the joy of natural laughter with activities and exercises to reap the full benefits of sustained laughter. Our instructor, Julie Plaut Warwick, is experienced in leading classes for those with MS and other neurological disorders, and will provide tools for practicing at home.
