When was the last time you played as an older adult! Bringing out our inner child helps us build resiliency and helps with connection to other people. As we do simple laughter exercises we our bring oxygen to our brains and bodies to help with memory, pain and aids in helping with depression and anxiety. In our laughter classes we celebrate Joy through music, dance, laughter and play and remember the things that we used to do when we were younger. Laughter is the best medicine, you should try it!
