Laughter Yoga Class for the Community! Come Join us for an hour of Hilarity as You learn to De-Stress by using playful interactions. Laughter Yoga is a combination of intentional Laughter meaning you do not need a joke and it is paired with yogic breathing. This results in your cortisol ( stress hormones) going down and your dopamine ( feel good hormones) rising! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!
